Established by the General Assembly in 1982,
the Virginia Enterprise Zone Program is a partnership between the state
and local governments to stimulate job creation and private investment
within designated areas throughout Virginia. Currently, the Northern

Zone to include several parcels on Main Street

several parcels within the Town of Montross
2. Extension of the Town of Warsaw's Zone to include
several parcels on the west end of the town
