Septic Pump-out Project
SUMMARY
Since 2005, the Northern Neck Planning District Commission has administered several grants through the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) to provide financial assistance to low-to-moderate income (LMI) households to allow them to comply with septic-tank pump-out requirements.

Household Income Limits: To qualify for assistance, refer to the chart below, relative to the county of residence and the number of persons living in the household. The dollar amount shown in the appropriate cell is the maximum income the household can have to qualify.
